Directions

​Dr. Cheney's office is conveniently located in the heart of historic Middletown on Old Shelbyville Road. There is parking available directly behind the office. Additionally, there is ample, free public parking directly across the street in the City Hall/Wetherby Park parking lot. 

​Please enter the front of the office and you will find the waiting room on the right hand side. Inside the waiting room you will find a check in station and you may select #5 to alert Dr. Cheney of your arrival. Once you've checked in, please have a seat and Dr Cheney will greet you as soon as possible. If you need additional directions, please call Dr. Cheney at (502) 759-0940.

Wetherby park is located directly across the street from our office (next to Middletown City Hall). You will find walking trails and a canopied playground to enjoy.
